Return & Refund Policy

Returns for Full-Priced Items

At Baggu, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of your purchase date. To qualify, the items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Apparel must be unworn. Returns that show signs of use, wear, or washing will not be accepted.

Sale items—including those from sale collections or purchased during promotional events—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return Items

1. Start your return by contacting Baggu through our website’s contact page. Please do not send your item back before receiving instructions to avoid delays.
2. If you cannot visit a physical store, ship your return at your own cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. A $4.95 restocking fee applies to all mailed returns for eligible full-priced items and will be deducted from your refund.
4. Returns made in-store, exchanges, and returns credited as store credit do not incur the restocking fee.

Bringing your return to a Baggu physical store can save you the restocking fee and speed up your refund.

Refund Details

After we receive and inspect your return to confirm it meets the conditions, Baggu will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear once approved.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact us via the contact page for assistance. Exchanges follow the same eligibility as returns. Completing exchanges in-store avoids any restocking fee.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days, Baggu will issue a one-time refund of the price difference to your original payment method. This adjustment applies per item and is not offered repeatedly.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Cancellation requests beyond that period cannot be guaranteed due to order processing.
