By placing an order with Baggu, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, we ask that you do not use this site or place an order.

Order Accuracy and Pricing

Baggu strives to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, errors can occur. If a product’s price or description is incorrect, Baggu reserves the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

We may also limit the quantity of items available for purchase. In the event an item is out of stock, we will inform you promptly.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified after placement. This includes adding or removing items.
Address changes or order cancellations are time-sensitive and only possible shortly after the order is placed.
If you need to request a modification, update, or cancellation, please contact us immediately via our contact page. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, it is not guaranteed.

Shipping and Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address when placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Baggu will assist with reshipping, but additional shipping fees may apply.

For international orders, customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Baggu does not control these fees and cannot provide estimates.

Shipping Delays and Risks

Baggu is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us through the site’s contact page. We will work with you to determine the next steps.

Product Images and Availability

Product images are provided for reference only. Colors and patterns may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Limited-edition and collaboration items have specific availability windows and may sell out quickly. Restocks are not guaranteed, although we strive to maintain availability for core products.
